2023: Akwa Ibom Shall Be Great Again – Engr. Emem Coffie Assures in New Year Message

 

Akwa Ibom State Governorship candidate of the ACCORD, Engr. (Dr) Emem Coffie, COREN, FNICE,FIMC,FICEN,FIMS, has congratulated the people of the State for seeing the dawn of New Year 2023, urging them not to lose hope, stressing that Akwa Ibom shall rise to a new height of glory when he is elected.

In his New Year message sent to media houses in the State, the cerebral Engineer-cum- heavyweight politician urged the entire Akwa Ibomites to raise their antenna of hope and expectation as Nigerians, especially Akwa Ibomites enter the crucial bend toward the 2023 election and use their electoral power to break the shackles of poverty and famine holding down the country and Akwa Ibom State in particular.

The Accord governorship candidate who expressed optimism that the New Year will bring abundant success and joy to millions of indigenes and residents of the State, reiterated his commitment to creating more jobs for the youths and women through increase SMSE activities and Cottage Industries ( usiak Ifia), as well as massive support for small and medium business enterprises in Akwa Ibom.

He assured of his government’s plans to patronize local businesses domiciled in the State so as to boost the economy and lift over six millions of Akwa Ibomites out of poverty.

Engr. Coffie maintained that he remains an agent of change whose agenda is to transform Akwa Ibom State beyond expectation and erect a blueprint for the socio-economic transformation of the State in the areas of Human Capital Development, Infrastructure, Agriculture, Economic empowerment among other areas.

“My dear good people of Akwa Ibom, as we move into this election year, all we desire is a peaceful transition through the transparent electoral process. This will guarantee good governance, more money in the pocket of the common man and food on our tables.

“The forthcoming election has also given us a rare opportunity to reinvest trust in the ability of our party – the ACCORD to restore our lost glory from the Presidency, where you will have to also vote for Prof. Christopher Imumolen and all candidates of our party in this year’s election,” he stated

Engr. (Dr.) Emem Coffie, on behalf of his wife, family and members of ACCORD used the occasion to charge the people of Akwa Ibom to intensify their prayers, political alertness and mobilization so that the forthcoming polls will enthrone credible and patriotic leaders from his party, for democracy and good governance to thrive. He wished Akwa Ibomites and residents a prosperous 2023.
