2023: Bó Enó Home Cell Support Group Inaugurates Supervisors in All Uyo Wards

 

In a move to strengthen the grassroots support base for the PDP candidate in Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno and other candidates of the party in the forthcoming general elections, a formidable political group, Bó Enó Supporters Home Cell, has been inaugurated across the eleven (11) INEC recognized wards of Uyo Local Government Area.

The Bo Eno Support Home Cell has Orange Movement and Ibom Community Congress (ICC) as strategic partners.

The Uyo chapter of the foremost group was inaugurated about Three months ago with Hon (Pst) Sylvia Ekong and Hon. Itoro Etim as the Coordinator and Secretary respectively while Mr Samuel Brown serves as the deputy coordinator.

Performing the inauguration of the 11 Ward supervisors in Uyo, yesterday, the International President of ICC, Elder (Amb.) Joseph Goodluck, who was the special guest of honour, charged them to approach the forthcoming election with the seriousness it deserves and shun complacency.

Amb. Goodluck, who is also the Chairman of Nation Builders University, described the event as historic and called on all to work as a team to ensure the enthronement of Pastor Umo Eno as the next Governor of the State, as well as other candidates of the PDP in 2023.

Also speaking, the Chapter Chairman of Bó Enó Supporters Home cell in Uyo, Hon. (Pst.) Sylvia Ekong, described Pastor Umo Eno as the only Governorship candidate that will sustain peace in the State and build of the impactful legacies of Governor Udom Emmanuel.

Pastor Ekong, who is also the Vice Chairman, Uyo Local Government Council, assured the State leadership of the group that the crop of members selected for the job will not only deliver their various wards for the PDP, but will give the party a flawless victory.

Other members of the group in their various remarks including the organization’s Deputy State Youth Leader, Hon. MfonAbasi Asuquo, Chapter Secretary, Hon. Itoro Etim, an SA to the governor, the group’s supervisor for ward 5 who also doubles as the Honourable Councillor, Nsikak Essien, assured of their readiness and that of all supervisors to preach the gospel of Pastor Umo Eno and all PDP candidates in the forthcoming elections.

Highlights of the inauguration was the issuance of Bó Enó designed backdrop to the newly inaugurated Supervisors and their Deputies.
