The Super Eagles camp in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State Capital, has opened ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, with seven players already in attendance, including Captain William Troost-Ekong.
Joining Ekong as early arrivals are Ademola Lookman, Taiwo Awoniyi, and Ola Aina. Others who reported to camp on Monday morning include Olisa Ndah, Semi Ajayi, and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru.
More players are expected to arrive in the coming days as preparations ramp up. Caretaker head coach Augustine Eguavoen has called up 23 players for the crucial fixtures.
TheHILL reports that, Nigeria will kick off their campaign against Benin Republic at home in Uyo this Saturday, before traveling to Kigali next Tuesday to face Rwanda.
