APC RALLY: NIGERIAN AMBASSADOR TO ANGOLA WELCOMES AYADE, APC FAITHFULS TO OGOJA

… commends him for making Cally Air a reality

Her Excellency, the Ambassador of Nigeria to Angola, Professor Monique Ekpong has joined other party faithfuls and the good people of Ogoja, to welcome the executive governor of Cross River State, His Excellency, Sen. Prof Ben Ayade and the teeming supporters of the rulling party.

The academician turn politician gave the remark through an advertorial published in local and national media. Ambassador Monique seized the opportunity of the occasion to thank Senator Ayade for the historic landing of Cally Air on Cross River soil, appreciating his ingenuity to achieve such feat.

Quoting her goodwill message to the governor in May 2021 when he defected to the All Progressive Congress, APC, she said “Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.”

Professor Ekpong conveyed the delight of Ogoja people, whom she said are glad to be connected to the ‘national grid’ of opportunities and infrastructural development through the APC. According to her, she expressed confidence that Governor Ben Ayade would bring great qualities to bare, to ensure smooth running of the affairs of her dear party in the state, in line with the ideolgies of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The APC in Cross River State as a party has been on a statewide tour of local government areas ahead of the planned congress. The Ogoja Progressive Rally follows the Obudu Mega Rally held at the local government area of the governor.
