Constituents mainly Youths from Nsit Ubium Local Government in Akwa Ibom State, have affirmed their support for the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Etinan Federal Constituency, Obong Paul Ekpo ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
The Federal Constituency is made up of three Local Government Areas namely: Etinan, Nsit Ubium and Nsit Ibom.
TheHILL can reliably report that the Youth Council Chairman, Comrade Udeme Ubom; Chairman, Forum of Youth Presidents and Akparawa 1 of Nsit Ubium – Dr. Patrick Wilson, Leader of the Council – Hon. Inyang Sunday, Councilor representing Ubium North Ward 3 – Hon. Effanga Patrick, Emem Monday Ekpa, Female Youth Coordinators and several others in their different speeches, eulogized Obong Paul Ekpo as a tested and trusted leader even as they pledged to give him their maximum support.
They gave these commitment during an interactive session between political stakeholders from all the wards of Nsit Ubium and God’s Agenda Campaign Organization of Paul Ekpo, led by the campaign Director General – Obong Friday Dick, Secretary of Campaign Organization – Akparawa Nse Ubeh, Hon Emmanuel Titus, Hon Etop Ufia, Mr. Christian Amos and Mr Utitofon Morgan among others.
In his remarks, the Campaign Organization Director General – Obong Friday Dick popularly known as FUDA thanked the people for keeping faith with PDP. He called for their support to the aspiration of Obong Paul Ekpo and all PDP candidates ahead of the general election in 2023.
Meanwhile, if Obong Ekpo wins the forthcoming House of Representatives election, he will succeed Hon. Onofiok Luke, who recently gave his nod to work for the emergence of Governor Emmanuel’s preferred candidate in the guber race; Pastor Umo Eno.
