While others celebrate and revel in your emergence as President of the 10th Senate, we find pride more in your journey that culminated in this milestone. For years, we have followed in awe but in deference to God’s supreme will, your sojourn through undulating hills and tempestuous nights, to your current date with blazing glory.
Our love and support for you have remained fervent and ever-present through your dear wife, our Queen Mother, Her Excellency, Mrs Ekaete Unoma Akpabio. She has been most amazing and deserves all the accolades there are to give.

When the opportunity to put our best foot forward came in the 2023 senatorial elections, we saw the need for collaboration and constantly emphasized on this. The result of this collaboration was the collapsing of party boundaries and mobilization by our women, of voters across party divides to vote for you. It was time to repay you yet again for your massive and genuine love for Akwa Ibom women. This love spilled over for other APC candidates in the election particularly the presidential election.
This we did not only in the hope that you will always be available to attend to our collective concerns, but moreso because we owe you deep gratitude for all you have done for us in the past, for our husbands and for our children. For us, it was another good opportunity to say “THANK YOU”.

You have been thoroughly refined through the various offices you have occupied. Asides being greatly blessed with a good sense of judgement, you have built sufficient goodwill over the years and developed enormous capacity, good enough, to deliver on any assignment. You exhibit inexhaustible tolerance for people generally and those you lead particularly. In service, you have become the antifragile leader that is required for these times. As mothers, our love is for everyone but in leadership, you — Sen. Godswill Akpabio — will always be our first preference.
Our most illustrious son, we want to reassure you of our solidarity in prayers and politically as well. You have filled us with immense pride and we trust God to endow you with the wisdom and grace to steer the ship of the 10th senate in ways that will bring great satisfaction to Nigerians. We are confident that our President, HE Asiwaju Bola Tinubu will find in you a complimentary and dependable partner in the building of a new Nigeria.
