The Akwa Ibom State Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Commission has confirmed an auto-crash at the Itam junction flyover in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
The FRSC Public Enlightenment Officer, Mr James Paul confirmed this to Newsmen.
He said officers of the Uyo Sector Command were on ground at the scene of the incident since the time of the incident Thursday, June 30 to ensure free flow of traffic.
A witness, Mr David Usen, told Newsmen that a long truck driver who came in from Idoro road lost control and sumasulted under Goodluck Johnathan flyover while trying to escape men of the taskforce.
The incident had forced many motorists to use the flyover to connect to the other parts of the city.
The paper gathered that the truck fell on a Tricycle and a Mercedes Benz that was packed under the flyover.
No life was loss.
