The Secretary, College of Boards, Agencies, Commissions, and Technical Committees Akwa Ibom State, Obong Prince Ikim, has thrown his weight behind the senate ambition of Barr. Emmanuel Enoidem for Akwa Ibom Northwest Senatorial District, come 2023.
Ikim, who holds sway as the Chairman, Environmental Protection and Waste Management Agency, AKSEPWMA, Deputy Director, Youth in-charge of Akwa Ibom NorthWest (Ikot Ekpene) Senatorial District of the Maintain Peace Movement and Secretary Maintain Peace Movement, MPM, OrukAnam steering committee, made his stance known in a brief chat with the press.
Barr. Enoidem who was recently endorsed by the stakeholders of Ikot Ekpene Senatorial is going to the Senate with a truckload of competence and goodwill owing to his antecedents in various public service and private positions.
He is the immediate past, National Legal Adviser of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, former member of the Akwa Ibom State Executive Cabinet, former Chairman of Etim Ekpo Local Government, former University teacher and a lawyer of repute.
