Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State has appointed former Commissioner for Science and Technology, Dr. Iniobong Ene Essien as Chairman, Ibom Air Development Company, TheHILL can authoritatively report.
Essien, a Medical Doctor, takes over from the late Otuekong Idongesit Nkanga who until his death was the honcho of two offices; the Ibom Airport Development Company and the Ibom Air.
With Mr. Imo-Abasi Jacob as the Chairman of Ibom Air, according to a release issued Friday by the SSG and Dr Iniobong Essien as Chairman of Ibom Airport Development Company, it is transpicuous that the two offices have been split for optimum result.
