The member representing Etinan/Nsit Ibom/Nsit Ubium Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. (Barr.) Onofiok Luke has said the elevation of Oku Ibom Ibibio, His Eminence Nteyin (Dr.) Solomon Etuk as President General, Akwa Ibom State Traditional Rulers Council, is an honour to the people of the Federal Constituency.
In his goodwill message, the lawmaker noted that the elevation will herald a new dawn in the renaissance of the Traditional Institution in the State.
