The above assertion has been a driving force for Hon. Frank Archibong.
Born in the 70s to the family of Late Archibong Udoh of Ikot Ibiok Village, Eket Local Government Area, the young and brilliant Frank, attended Community Primary School, Rumuoamasi, Port Harcourt and Methodist Boys High School, Oron.
Frank is a graduate of the University of Uyo, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
He had a brief experience working in the Oil and Gas sector haven worked with Freco Nig. Ltd., an affiliate of Saipem Nig. Ltd.; and Saibos Nig. Ltd.
Archibong has vast experiences in the third-tier of Government, holding several positions, such as – Supervisor for Works; Supervisor for Youth and Sports; Secretary and; Chairman, Eket Local Government Transition/Caretaker Committees.
He has been elected Executive Chairman of Eket Local Government Council.
Mr. Frank Archibong is a one-time Chairman, Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Akwa Ibom State Branch and National Treasurer of the Association.
>> Was a Commissioner in the Akwa Ibom State Law Reforms Commission
>> Has served severally as Chairman, Eket Local Government Area PDP Congress and Election Coordinating Committees; in addition to serving as Coordinator, Eket Local Government Area Mobilization and Advisory Committee.
>> Was Head, Contact and Mobilization Sub-Committee of the Divine Mandate Organization in the State, and its Coordinator in Eket LGA.
>> Has attended several local and international courses, conferences and seminars, including but not limited to Anti-Corruption, Ethic, and Integrity Training in Abuja, Nigeria; Study Tour of the Kingdom of Morocco; Workshop on Best Practices in Leadership and Local Administration, held in White Marsh, Baltimore, USA, etc.
Frank is a Distinguished Fellow of the prestigious Institute of Corporate Administration (FCIA) and a recipient of so many Awards/Honours.

>> A Philanthropist Par Excellence, with an addiction for Human Capacity Development.
Hon. Frank Archibong was the Director of Finance, Maintain Peace Movement (a Movement that mid-wifed the Umo Eno/Akon Eyakenyi Campaign Council); and later Coordinator of the Campaign Council in Eket LGA, and the Director of Finance of the Council in the State.
He served in the Akwa Ibom State Executive Council as the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
Hon. Archibong has recorded giant strides in the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, including the migration of Local Government Budget from cash base to International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) base; the completion and handover of a magnificent state-of-the- art 3-in-1 Traditional Rulers Complex, and; the prioritization of the welfare of Traditional Rulers by facilitating the increment of their stipends/allowances, introducing a quarterly Health Assistance Funds for Paramount Rulers, and ensuring that Traditional Rulers regularly attended Seminars, Summits and other capacity building workshops across the country, etc.
Frank, a devoted Christian, father, astute politician, lover of humanity, and above all, a product of Grace, is happily married to a beautiful, caring and very resourceful wife, Mrs. Bright Archibong, and the marriage is blessed with three brilliant children.
