The Chairman of the Transition Committee, Uyo Local Government, Hon. Sylvia Ekong, has described the political leader of Uyo Senatorial District, Senator Effiong Bob Ph.D, as a “pillar of wisdom” and a “dedicated leader.”
In a birthday message personally signed by Hon. Ekong and made available to the media today, she extolled the senator’s exceptional leadership qualities, stating that his contributions to the socio-political development of Akwa Ibom State and Nigeria have left an indelible mark.
“Senator Effiong Bob is not only a distinguished statesman but also a pillar of wisdom whose selfless dedication has propelled the growth and unity of our senatorial district. His enduring legacy in governance and his exemplary character serve as a guiding light for many of us in leadership positions,” Ekong noted.
She further noted that Senator Bob’s birthday, which coincides with Nigeria’s Independence Day, is symbolic of his unwavering commitment to service, nation-building, and the development of the people.
Hon. Ekong, on behalf of the Transition Committee and people of Uyo, expressed profound appreciation for the senator’s exceptional support to Governor Umo Eno and the ARISE Agenda, praying for his continued good health, wisdom, and strength in the years ahead.
The Uyo Council Boss however, wished Senator Bob many more fruitful years in service to his fatherland.
